Shipping and Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

LPK has a 15-day return policy upon the day you received your item to request store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We guarantee all our customers 100% satisfaction! 

Store Credit
Upon receiving your return, LPK will issue a store credit within 14 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at  info@luxurypetitekids.com

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as baby
feeding products). 

 

SHIPPING

APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES (Excluding Weekends & Holidays):

  • USA ~ 7 to 16 business days 
  • International~ 14 to 28 business days 
International Shipping: LPK has no control over customs and are therefore not responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is made available to us.

    Delayed delivery - packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. A very few unfortunate occasions, LPK has no control over the shipping times and their carries which causes unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30 business days.
